Wondering if anyone here has any experience with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for treating OCD? My 14yo son has scrupulosity, and though he's doing fairly well in terms of managing the OCD, the scrupulosity thoughts tend to slow him down and interfere at the most inopportune times.
