HI, I'd like to talk about something I've been going through for a while and is a major bother.
As most people today, people tend to become less active as they spend more time in couches or in a computer in their daily jobs. Because of stuff like that, I gained two issues that bother me quite a lot.
The first is hemorroids. This is kinda an old problem and they sometimes bleed and make sitting being uncomfortable, specially after pooping. Infortunately, I tend to poop like once in 2/3 days and it hurts when I do it most of the time, which makes the problem worse. This makes a snowball effect, which is extremely unpleasant.
The second issue is feeling some sort of numbness in the thighs of the legs and pain in the lower back when sitting after a while. The first part is due to the part of the body that touches the chair/couch being in that position for too long, and this feeling happens like 30 minutes after being sitted. The second part doesn't always occur but in the end of the day i feel a small pain in the ending part of the spine due to supporting the body while being sitted.
I feel that even if i try to walk more or try to make intervals, these issues keep arising more often and I'm afraid this will one day have an impact when I get a job, which unfortunately will probably be something where I'm on a computer most of the time. What can I do about these 2 major issues? Thanks in advance.
