I strongly suspect I may have the covert form of NPD. Reading a description of it, I felt like I was reading a description of myself. I now realise how much it has influenced my life, and I can see how perhaps my life could be improved if I were able to change aspects of my behaviour. Can psychotherapy be useful to me? I get irritated. I hate seeing other people. I live in america where obesity has become trendy and the visuals are just nauseating. I see everyone as an obstacle as well.
