Are there any Christians out there who are dealing with narcissistic personality disorder in a spouse?

I am preparing to leave my marriage after more than two decades of life, children, careers, etc. It has just been clearly shown to me that my husband has NPD and is not responding or should I say he is just participating in individual therapy for a year and has the therapist totally snowed.
