I'm really sorry if this is obvious to do, but for the life of me, I cannot figure out, how to find my own post/thread I created on this forum. I am not even sure, which topic I posted it under, as multiple ones seemed appropriate, so manually searching is a chore. Is there some place, where my own posts are listed and linked?

I'm up for a disciplinary on Monday. They've told me it will be a final written warning but my paranoia tells me that they will change their minds and fire me.

It's really serious. Can't go into details for obvious reasons but I've basically brought the company name into disrepute and what I've done has made the national tabloids.

I know it sounds dramatic...

If there is no way to delete it as they claim, will deleting my account delete my posts? Or posting stuff to get banned delete my posts? I used to briefly use this site years ago and just want to get rid of a few things for personal safety reasons that I rather not go into.

I'm relatively new and I've received a couple of PMs from forum mods asking me to reply, but there's no 'reply' button & the 'PM' button is disabled. I'm not sure how they expect me to reply if the reply function isn't enabled in the first place.

I've also noticed that when I post a forum post, sometimes it will appear & other times it just doesn't seem to appear.. ever. It just disappears ...

#1: The FAQ says only my first post needs to be approved, but all my posts have had to be. Is there a time when that stops?
NEVER MIND - I am now able to post without needing to be approved.

#2: How does one have a custom avatar? Or, if using a general one, are there rules to ensure you are not using someone else's (other phpBB boards I've been on have this, so ...
