This is my first post. I have struggled with trich for 11 years. I used to have long, thick beautiful hair. Now it's so sparse & all different lengths because I can't go to a hairdresser to have it cut (how do I ever explain my hair loss?). These are some of the things that I do to either control pulling or that take my mind of pulling hair. They aren't the best solutions but the less I pull the better.

Hello, I've had Trich since i was about 8 years old and I'm 18 now. I only recently found out that it was even a actual disorder. I'm pretty sure i developed it due to the stress and unrest at home and i just wanted to know if anyone had any tips or habits they have that keep them from pulling in a stressful situation.
