All time low and it is hell down here

I am 25 years old with $15,000 in debt but spent a good $90,000 on gambling.

I worked two jobs, 60 hour weeks and went to school. I have NOTHING to show for it. My grades are horrible and i fail ...

My GA room has seen an influx of new members recently. We just had three people celebrate thirty days and next week we'll have on ninety day and one guy with four months. (We also celebrated a five-year and two-year anniversary as well last night).

Listening to their stories really has me thinking about the early days of my recovery and what I did to get through the urges. One of the main things I ...

That shows how clear my thinking was when I first decided to kick this bad habit.

Here's what happens... After a while, you're happy ...

I was googling some information about slot machines last night and saw a link to a video on slot addiction . It led to an interesting interview on U-Toob .

However....right after that video , there was one titled " Huge payout on ______slot machine !"

That machine used to be one of my favorites . I watched it hit for big bucks and then saw another video for a different machine that I also ...

Where to begin. I told myself I was going to find a help site for problem gamblers and just let everything out. Keep typing til I can't anymore. So, this could get lengthy but I have to let it out!

I'm fresh off/still in the "days after a gambling loss" stage. Every time I reach this point, it just gets that much harder. I call this my vicious cycle - make a week or two ...

My story so far.

Hi all,
Bit of a long time lurker, first time poster here.
My peril, as with a lot of you on here is with the slots.
I really want/need to stop or limit my gambling at this point, my motivation for posting and joining right now is because of yet another night of losing, winning, then losing those winnings + more.
My gambling is a fairly recent concern (been an issue for a year or ...
