I'm gambling roughly £200 a day if not more currently.

It's completely taken over my life and I've tried to hide from

I'm posting today for the first time because I read that it will be good for me to post and that it might help me. Gambling addiction totally snuck up on me. I became addicted without even realizing it.. when I had some personal problems the only thing that distracted me was gambling on the slot machines. Today, I go even when my life is good, I've made many promises to myself...like I won't gamble ...

Gambling without you knowing it will have you glued to screens, TVs, phones and ######6 casino games while being frustrated, angry , sad, manic and insane. Money or trying to obtain it is not worth fuvking up your welling and passing away your time over.

I just relapsed after a very long time of not gambling since I first posted on this forum. In fact, I was again searching for a new article of inspiration, and a couple lines into this google search I realized that I was in fact reading my own words. That's crazy. However....right after that video , there was one titled " Huge payout on ______slot machine !"

That machine used to be one of my favorites . I watched it hit for big bucks and then saw another video for a different machine that I also ...

Where to begin. I told myself I was going to find a help site for problem gamblers and just let everything out. Keep typing til I can't anymore. So, this could get lengthy but I have to let it out!
