Is it hours, days, weeks. And does your dominating alter remember the other alters? Do they know eachother, or talk to eachother.

What I remembered yesterday was that I was raped back some years ago. I had thought that all of my alters had integrated. But there is one or more alters still within me. I have been in sort of a shocked mood ever since.

How could I not remember this? Does anyone else have shocking memories occur to them?

TOday I came out at work... dressed like a little girl.
