I have been working and processing through this memory... a very disgusting memory...
Every time i have a flashback, dream or abreaction related to this memory, lAlA "shakes" or has a seizure?
Has this ever happened to anyone?
I am trying to get an MRI and see if there is anything physically causing these seizures, just waiting on the damn HMO...

Anyways, thats also why I have been gone, I didnt want anything else triggering ...

Creature came out this morning...
Tried to get "out of the body" Had a wrestling match with my roommate and now I have bruises on my arms.

What I remembered yesterday was that I was raped back some years ago. I had thought that all of my alters had integrated. But there is one or more alters still within me. I have been in sort of a shocked mood ever since.

How could I not remember this? Does anyone else have shocking memories occur to them?

TOday I came out at work... dressed like a little girl.
I now know that the dress I was wearing came from a dept. store around January. It was a spring dress, easter looking really, white with purple flowers on it. i felt like a little girl. lAlA was sad because I didnt like it, But it was more that I felt uncomfortable in it at work, where we have a pretty strict dress code. ...
