Does anyone else just suddenly find themselves terrified? I've never gotten nightmares from scary movies but lately it seems like everything creepy seems to terrify me. I'm kind of scared of the dark too. Is it normal for antipsychotic medication to cause twitching? I'm on Seroquel. I have occasional twitches, but today I've had lots, as well as flat emotions and difficulty making facial expressions.

Do people with mental illness live about as long as people without mental illness, or is our life span shorter? I've had problems with suicidle feelings, so I wonder about that sometimes. Can antipsychotic medication potentially shorten one's life? Not that I'm planning on committing suicide. I've been much better the past few months. I just wonder.
