Does it sound normal or even professional for that matter, to tell a new patient that he's not a narc, after talking for only 30 minutes?

I can't seem to pull myself out of this funk. It's been going on now for over a week. I keep thinking about ending my life on my birthday next month. I don't know what to do. :(

One thing I must say... STOP looking up symptoms in the internet. This is a really bad habit of mine considering I am a mother of three and I am a homemaker. I have the internet at my fingertips at all times. I can not stress it enough that Hypoch. do this. I need to take my own advise.
