Hi am 39 have had depression for at least 20 years I have had some good times but mainly I have put my family through hell.
I am wondering whether it have all been worth it as I am about to lose my wife and children.
I am wondering why I should even bother any more

Hey everyone! I just made my first thread as an introduction but it went into moderation! So I thought I'd just pop in and say hi here as well. After dealing with what seemed like some form of mental break, I became interested in the complexities of psychology and especially with schizophrenia. I hope to join the discussion here, learn more, and share what I know. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology and am fascinated with mental health! See you guys around other parts of the forum
