Birthday

Postby Sarandipity » Wed Mar 11, 2020 12:25 pm

So gonna be 40.

Whole week we are using each day to celebrate. Paul got over yesterday's anger from the birthday plans but still angry about the bf situation with our son.

We're doing a week so everyone gets to do stuff and we all (hopefully) aknowledge the body is 40. That's important, keep up with the body age.

We done stuff already. Today was shooting. Expected it to only be certain alters shooting but it wasn't. Everyone had a go. No surprises in who could shoot and who couldn't except for Paul, he can't shoot but Lilly can very well. Fortune was the best, again not surprising. She did shoot a riffle at a target at a farm and hit all shots in the centre years ago but other than that hasn't done shooting before. The running was everyone got zero except Lilly got 3/4, Paul got 3/5, Pat got 3/8 but that was because on the last shot from the hardest angle everyone let him have a go he had 3/3 before that. Fortune got 4/4 and her last two were on the hardest angle.

It was interesting to feel the difference and also that Lilly could shoot better than Paul. The Overlord (Peter) was terrified but took one shot and missed completely, he is a pacifist but he said he'd go again to learn because it was clay not alive stuff so he doesn't mind it as a sport like darts. Everyone wants to go again.

We have other birthday stuff planned. I thought planned seperate activities for specific alters but if they all get bits of it like today that's good too. Very tired now with such extreme switching so going to nap.

Has anyone here tried this with alters - seeing who is good at what and how they feel differently about it? It was an accidental exercise is self knowledge but also a fun birthday activity. They all swim different, I know that from when Paul forced swimming.

Thanks Henrik, Ponyta and Allcolours.

Have a similar thing here with martial arts too Henrik. Couple are ok at it, others probably not.

Going to get a massage today so that'll be good.
