Technical question: about PMs

Is there a way to stop PMs from certain person, while still remaining the opportunity open to others? I thought adding someone as a foe would do that, but it didn't.

You need to add a rule.

So go to

Control panel

Private messages

Ruels, folders and settings

Then in this case add new rule select options from the drop down:

Sender
Is foe
Delete message

Then add rule

Thanks, NyxX. We've been here for four years, but we didn't know about the rule part. We thought that the only remedy was to block PMs from everybody.

MDs
Body cis ♀ (1962). Realized 1996 that we're multiple. System of 47, all cis: 42 ♀, 5 ♂; 17 littles (0-7+), 9 middles (8-11+), 14 teens (12-17+), 5 bigs (18+), + formless yin/yang.

Notable: Charity 25 (oldest), Deborah 23, Drew 23f, Mary 23, Rachel 23, Laura 17.5, Allegra 17, Cass 17, shawn 16f.

I have seen worse set ups... thanks for that "rule-making" info. I didn't know that we could do that, but that's really a cool function. :)

Thanks Nyx! We knew you could add rules, but didn't realize there was a 'foe' option in there. We thought you had to add individual users one by one.

You can also report PMs to the admins here.

Don't think you are special. Someone sending you unwelcome PMs likely is doing the same to others.
