Just reading the title here are triggering

Postby WeAreOne420 » Wed Feb 28, 2018 10:29 pm

I do like to talk here about ny issues but its like...I was feeling fine 2 minutes ago and just going down the list of new messages git me feeling teiggery and now I might have issues to deal with just from that alone.

My mind is creative paranoid and anxious.

Sucks to be this way.

Also I need to work on my self anger. Im too hard on myself and I'm getting somewhat better though.

You're not alone. Lots of new posts yesterday that are oddly triggering... Even though I don't understand them.

we have, at times, been triggered by thread titles. not much we can do about it though except to try and ground ourselves.

Yes, I've found the same thing at times, which raises my compassion for why some people lurk rather than post or join then drop out, permanently or sporadically. Especially in the early stages of awareness -- or pre-awareness -- of DID, it takes determination and courage just to show up here.

Hi,

This is a cool place and everything but you're right it's kind of hard to be here some days. Host feels weird about it and sometimes Littles are pretty overwhelmed with the whole thing. I like writing here but I'm the weird one 8)

When they say 'be yourself',
which one do they mean?
