How are you today thread (trigger warning)

Having a bad day. Alters are taking over a lot to cope with the pain so I've no memory of this morning-just great!

Ive had the voice thing happen before, it really is scary. For me it happens during high stress or when im on the edge of sleep. Is it the same for you? Im sorry, i know how irritating and bothering that gets.

Don't know if it's the same, maybe it was because of almost being asleep as you said. I had quite a headache too when I was going to sleep but I think it was because of the time I spent with the ones inside, don't usually get much time with them. I'm sorry to hear you're also struggling with the voice thing.
