Having a bad day. Alters are taking over a lot to cope with the pain so I've no memory of this morning-just great! :(
Approximately 19 alters-One or two created during each year of abuse.

Boring movie LLT or just very tired ;)

I'm good thank you for asking. In one of those empty-I-cant-feel-alters moods as I have had a very busy weekend and have had to be present a lot. Will probably need to allow for quite a dissociated week ahead in return!

I was very tired. Thankfully I got some sleep before our kitty started waking me up over and over through the entire night

I hope your week goes well even though it will be more dissociated :) It's good to get some non-dissociative time sometimes, even if it does mean more dissociated time in the future :)

Then when I was going to sleep I heard a voice. It was a bit scary. Maybe voice sounds like dad's or other man? It was middle of the night so I was the only one awake, don't think the voice was real, why would dad talk alone in middle of the night? Feel confused and little scared. :?

Ive had the voice thing happen before, it really is scary. For me it happens during high stress or when im on the edge of sleep. Is it the same for you? Im sorry, i know how irritating and bothering that gets. :?

Don't know if it's the same, maybe it was because of almost being asleep as you said. I had quite a headache too when I was going to sleep but I think it was because of the time I spent with the ones inside, don't usually get much time with them. I'm sorry to hear you're also struggling with the voice thing.

Hi Cleo :) I was thinking of you yesterday but didn't see you log on again. You ok? I've been out alone for like 2 weeks now but everytime I see your sig it's like I can feel Eliesa going "see, their signature is so much better than yours"

Think it's getting mad overdramatic. Like, we all care about each other. Let's chill the f*ck out.

Here's my mood wrapped up in a song! :D please ignore me dropping the phone halfway through (4... 4... f*ck! haha), and my voice is all jacked up in the morning...and the guitar is crunchy...and it's recorded on a phone so the quality is quite crappy. :)

yay, cover songs! kiss off by the violent femmes.

lyrics!
I need someone a person to talk to
Someone who'd care to love
Could it be you could it be you
Situation gets rough then I start to panic
It's not enough it's just a habit
Hey kid your sick well darling this is it
You can all just kiss off into the air
Behind my back I can see them stare
They'll hurt me bad but I won't mind
They'll hurt me bad they do it all the time
Yeah yeah they do it all the time
Yeah yeah they do it all the time
Yeah yeah they do it all the time
Yeah yeah they do it all the time
I take one one one cause you left me and
Two two two for my family and
3 3 3 for my heartache and
4 4 4 for my headaches and
5 5 5 for my lonely and
6 6 6 for my sorrow and
7 7 for no tomorrow and
8 8 I forget what 8 was for and
9 9 9 for a lost god and
10 10 10 10 for everything everything everything everything
You can all just kiss off into the air
Behind my back I can see them stare
They'll hurt me bad but I won't mind
They'll hurt me bad they do it all the time
Yeah yeah, yeah they do it all the time
Yeah yeah, yeah they do it all the time
Do it all the time
Do it all the time
Do it all the time time time
Yeah yeah they do it all the time

hahaha aww LLT our sig isn't good :P but thank you!
