Do I ever learn to keep my problems to myself
I like to talk to others about my problems and get some sort of support or just a listening ear. But lately I feel like when I put my problems out there all I do is get judged. So I shut down again. I have a therapist and so I think I'm gonna wait until our sessions to get stuff off my chest. People are so mean even though they think they are kind.
