Re: Self excluding finally.Gambling need to end in my life and that's the only way I believed I will win. Not with the money but getting my life back. I will forget what to me when I was a gambler, money that I lose, the depression, the mental anguished that gambling do to me. For now I don't have to be afraid every time I get paid from work. No worry about getting hungry for days. My car will have gas all the time. No more hiding from creditors. No more lies. No more begging. No more crying. I been through a lot and only few people do understand me. I hated myself that time. Gambling ruined my life totally and I was tempted to end my own life. I was hopeless. I want to get out but I cant for a long time. Gambling is designed to destroy a person physically and mentally. It's not fun or entertaining. Lots of people is stuck in gambling cycle most of them want to quit if they get ahead or get some money back. The truth is we will never get what we have lost. Money can be earn again. Stop gambling that's all we need to do. If nobody gamble casinos will never survive. Let's all not be fool by casinos. I'm encouraging everybody that gamble to stop and re evaluate yourself and make a good decision. Life is so short. Today is not gonna be the same tomorrow. In gambling your always gonna be a loser in the end.

RE: Self excluding finally. That is great news! It is hard to fight the addiction on pure determination and will power. I tried that and lost every single time. Once we start putting external barriers in place, we make the load on ourselves easier. I have happy you found the strength to self-exclude and I think it will help you tremendously! Keep on blogging and know that your blog is helping others who read it and struggle with this addiction as well!
