Don't know if its possible, but in that video Mr.Bean acts weird and eccentric and fits the StPD there, while his communication skills are quite off. Of course its just comedy, but it reminded me of Autism and StPD.

Seems to me like this is the central theme and where the character's quirkiness comes from. So I guess autism kinda fits (don't know much about it though).

For normal people, StPD is probably way more "wtf-eccentric" than "funny-eccentric". It's the kind of eccentricity that scares them.

Someone actually just sent me that video, except they meant it as another example of schizotypal. I guess he would be something like a comorbid timorous schizotypal / insular paranoid (the fearful type). But yeah, more like a paranoid than a schizotypal, I guess.
