Access Denied (Update)

Good morning everyone. I just wanted to update you on the experiment I mentioned about a month or so ago.
For those who can't remember or who didn't read it I've basically been trying to use lucid dreaming as a way to ask my subconscious why my alters exist. I mentioned in the post that I had become lucid and I went searching for Scott (the alter i'm closest to) but he was behind a blurry wall and every time I approached the words ACCESS DENIED flashed up in red. I'd had a few of these dreams where I could not reach him but last night was a breakthrough in my eyes.

This morning I preformed a WILD (wake induced lucid dream) so I basically laid in bed and went straight into a dream so there was no break in consciousness. I found myself in what appeared to be a school courtyard. There were loads of people around. I kept focusing on my hands. Doing this means I stay conscious longer as every now and again I could feel myself falling asleep. I asked everyone I walked passed if they had seen Scott. Some people shook there heads and others said "who?". I kept looking around and eventually I spotted him. I walked up to him. He was kinda fuzzy but I knew it was him. He looked younger though, like he did when he was about 19. I said hey and he said hey back and we both hugged. We talked for a bit and I followed him into the school building. He was talking about his girlfriend a lot. I could feel myself losing focus so I had to ask him the question quick.
"Scott, why do you exist? What are you."
He looked at me and just shrugged his shoulders. "I don't know but I got this message from "The one in charge."
Now I have no idea what that means. *Mention of Religion I'm an atheist so for me I did not take this to mean God *end* For me I take that as my subconscious. After all I think that's what's in charge most of the time unless "the one in charge" meant an alter I don't know about.

Anyway he got his phone out of his pocket and showed me a text message. I can't remember exactly what it said but it said something a long the lines of-
"You are only a little part of something much much bigger"
After that he put his phone away and started to get angry at a vending machine that took his money lol. I told him I would find him later and I went off and used the rest of my lucid dream to just mess around like I usually do.
Anyway even though I don't really understand this message, and there is a chance it means nothing at all, I feel it's definitely a step forward from my previous attempts. I just wanted to share it with you guys.

This seems like great progress to me, as your subconsciousness is allowing more to come through to you Very interesting to read - thank you for updating.

We've had several alters who came through in dream first. As the inside world developed (the alters each have their own rooms inside...not unlike your schoolhouse, but a house just for them) it seemed we went through a rapid alter development (many came into a type of consciousness that (host) recognized.

I'm not sure where you are in your journey of discovery and don't want to 'answer' a question you didn't ask...but I have my theories on your message Good work - thanks for sharing!

I don't know exactly, maybe it was a trigger of some sort, but it actually stirred something in me. I couldn't just keep on reading. Maybe the same kind of feeling I had with lyrics I posted here:
"forced" to believe having DID? (You might find them interesting.) One that is a bit similar is "I am the revolution that you cannot feel".

I also have a theory what it might mean (I think it's similar to what HopeIsHere suspects).

On the topic of lucid dreams.

Had a nightmare which we ended up turning into a llucid dream last night where we asked how many alters were known about now (by the system and our SO). We asked our SO. The number she came back with is not the same as either of us know about. We then asked her what their names were. She then went on to mention some names that we don't know anything about and some that have been floating in our head and also the ones that we know about already (we woke up partway through the list though). Upon waking up an alter a friend of our's named "Buttons" came out and finally told us her name: the same as a name that really stuck out to us that the SO told us in the dream.

Very interesting to note for us I think.
