Do you think writing sex stories is a healthy outlet for someone with paraphilias? Or do you think it just reinforces unhealthy sexual fantasies?

I think you may be right. We're creatures of habit. Do you think it's possible to reprogram your mind?

Hi Broken Face,
You cannot change the subject or nature of your fantasies, nor should you worry about mere fantasies.
Sex stories are unlikely to encourage paraphilic fantasies (they may in fact act as a legitimate outlet), but you should ensure that they don't violate obscenity laws in your jurisdiction.

Well, I don't publish these stories or share them with anyone. In fact, I don't even save them. I delete them afterwards. But I worry that I may be encouraging these fantasies.

Is this true? Is it really impossible to change your sexual fantasies?

I'd say probably not, though I'm not 100% sure.

I'd say probably not, though I'm not 100% sure.
So, I'm just stuck with these thoughts?

I don't know, it's possible, what are the thoughts exactly?

What type of fantasies are they? Some paraphilas may be just mild kinks while others may be genuinely unhealthy for you.
I'd rather not say because I don't want to upset anyone. But they're not just mild kinks.
