For people with more than 1 paraphilia

Do you have a "primary paraphilia"? The one you think about most of the time, the one that you prefer fantasizing about? Or do you spend the same amount of time fantasizing about the different objects of your desire?

Since I was about 6, I've had an extremely strong diaper fetish (I think that's a paraphilia, correct me if I'm wrong). For the longest time, I would've considered diapers to be my main sexual orientation lol. When I was younger, I found it kinda strange that I only really enjoyed pictures/videos of little boys wearing them. Didn't really put two and two together at the time.
To this day I'm not completely set off by the sight of a kid alone, but a kid in a diaper... that's another story.

I was say my primary orientation paraphilia is plush.
My animals have always had a special significance for me.
Second is vore and third is little girls.
Now a scenario where a little girl's plush tigress comes to life and eats her alive...perfect for me.
But if I had to rank them, that's how I'd do it.
I can fantacise and orgasm with just plush or just vore. If little girls are involved it must relate somehow to the two above or have some kind of noncon element. A loving relationship with a child is of no interest to me.

I guess that would depend on whether you count submissive and pet play fantasies as paraphilias, but assuming that you do, then my preference between them a children tends to be more slanted towards children. Also, they don't really overlap; all of my submissive fantasies involve people my age or older, and of both genders. When thinking about little girls the words "dominant/master" and submissive/slave" don't even register.

I do have a primary one, that would be my macrophilia.
Though honestly, all of my other paraphilias are related to my macrophilia in some way, so it's more like they're subsets. Kind of. There are a few I consider without the macrophilia, but some of them I would never.

I would say yes, I have one I tend to focus on more than others. However, it may be due to subjectivity. I am more exposed to that particular paraphilia than I am to my other three paraphilias.

It's a bit speculative, but I still feel as though that 'one' is more prevalent than the others, regardless of the greater exposure.

I have many paraphilias but my main one is masochism. I spend a lot of my time thinking about scenarios of women humiliating me, I'm obsessed with female domination.

I suppose you could say that. Sadism, torture and humiliation are necessary for me. Blood is always wanted but never necessary.
There have been times where I fantasied about murder followed by necrophilia but not as often.

In my case, my main paraphilia is incest, I spend a lot of time every day thinking and masturbating about my mom.

And in second place, I have sexual fantasies about Young and Little girls.

If a fetish can count as in some way paraphilic, then my foot fetish probably trumps my attraction to little girls, or perhaps it's better to say that in some ways it allows my attraction to little girls. I see very little difference between a 9-year-old's feet and an 18-year-old's feet, shape-wise. That said, if I see a beautiful 3-year-old sat on the floor barefoot, it will turn me on, even though I'm not particularly attracted to girls that age, and the same applies at the other end of the spectrum (women in their late 50s, for example).

I don't believe that any of this is 'paraphilic', though. I've spent enough time on YouTube to know that guys into feet being attracted to kids as well as adults is extremely common.
