I think I'd call myself a xenophile: there are numerous things that arouse me just for their strangeness or shock value. (I'm conflating fetish and paraphilia here, sorry).
There are however a few things that deserve special mention since I don't think any stigma can be blamed for their appeal and I certainly don't use them just to mix thing up a bit.
