Background: As some may know I consider SPD/AvPD to be the same PD with SPD being one extreme and with some grey area between the two if the schizoid's inner self breaks out. I never got a formal diagnosis but think I was SPD when younger who later broke out to AvPD. (Whether this is progress or getting worse is, of course, a matter of opinion.)
