News of Anxiety Disorders

I am not afraid of crowds or anything like that. But when I'm around people I'm not like really friends with I don't talk that much. I have some pretty close friends and I can joke around with them and all.

Like when I'm with like 6+ people that I know and am friends with it's fine but if two or three of them aren't my friends I would just clam up sort of and ...

Does anyone ever gat burning sensations on their skin ( almost like aan indian sunburn) while your anxious?

My 15 year old daughter, who lives in another State, (Arizona) with her mother, tells me she has been having premonitions for over two years. They are starting to consume her thoughts. She called me sobbing last night. She had just left the airport with her mother (who is histrionic and an alchoholic) because their flight is acually tonight.... not last night. My daughter was crying in relief that she did not have to go ...

my symptoms consist of seeing myself stabbing other people, or myself. watching myself jumping out of a car, off of a building, pushing others in front of a train, hitting others with a car. i see needles puncturing my eyes. these things are disturbing, and admittedly hard to resist. even if i am not suicidal i still see these. i relive conversations over and over in my head. conversations i have had, and conversations i ...

How can it be that is feels good to hurt yourself more when you already feel bad? It´s really twisted. I did it, just now. I feel sad and messed up. My ocd is really bad right now. Just felt like telling someone. I don´t want to trigger anyone.

Hey, i am new to this site and i have PD and agoraphobia. i am 16 months into this disorder and am not taking any meds except the very occasional valium.

i am able to go to my local shopping centre and maybe 10 minutes furhter away from there. progress is very slow and i am becoming disheartened. might i also add that i do suffer with depression form time to time.

Does anbody ever experience derealization or depersonalization? I feel like I 'm walking around in a fog. I feel detached and don't ever really feel connected to anyone or anything.
