I used to take Paroxetine, but it turned me into a non-sexual wooden plank with no ability or desire to even think about sex. For years.

Was changed to Mirtazapine to counteract the damage the Paroxetine did, but now I find it difficult not to think about sex. I get silly, overwhelming 'teenage crushes', and even (near as damn-it) spontaneous orgasm.

Has anyone else experienced this with Mirtazapine?

The authors assessed the methodological quality of randomized controlled trials of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) for depression using the Randomized Controlled Trial Psychotherapy Quality Rating Scale (RCT-PQRS).
