Hello

Postby Pupp » Tue Jun 16, 2009 7:50 am

Hello.

I have Receptive Language Difficulties, though have not been diagnosed with the disorder, I have only seen written down on paper at my special needs school that I have Receptive Language Difficulties.

I do struggle with this and it does make things a lot more complicated for me.

So... yeah.

Hello everyone...

Like I said on the DPD thread hon, don't self-diagnose yourself because you feel you can relate to some of the symptoms of a disorder, it doesn't mean that you have it....

It's always best to talk to you doctor, explain that you feel you may have symptoms of it, and go from there... self-diagnosing can cause a lot of additional stress when you don't need it.... also if you believe you have this or that sometimes you will start to believe it and get some symptoms, it can happen.

Don't assume you always have something, when sometimes it can be completely different from what you originally thought.

I'm not self diagnosing, it was on my special needs report as I go to a special needs school. :l

So it was a diagnosis, or they believe that you may have this ?
