Hello everyone. I'm new here. I suffer from BPD, Social Anxiety, panic attacks and paranoia and joined here to read about other people's experiences and to just talk with everyone who understands.

This is AEM and I am new to this site as of today. I suffer from depression and anxiety- particularly social anxiety. I am at a point in my life where I feel like my life is slowly passing me by. I want so badly to live a full and meaningful life, but I am finding that to be extremely difficult while living with anxiety and depression. I have a difficult time feeling excited about anything in my life and while I enjoy getting out and socializing, I seldom do because of crippling social anxiety. I constantly feel overwhelmed and worry about absolutely everything which makes it impossible for me to live the kind of life that I want to. I have a difficult time having close relationships as I tend to push people away. I am quite simply sick of feeling this way! I have tried taking several medications and I don't feel as if any of them have had much of an effect. I am hoping that connecting with others who are experiencing similar situations will be helpful.

Thanks for welcoming.
I am from Continental Europe and I am here for contact with other unassimilated individuals or "misfits".
In real life one of my main goals is avoiding social contacts. I am doing very well. But it is not that I don't appreciate community (with other lone wolves).

A great big HELLO to all the newcomers.
Until you're broken, you don't know what you're made of.
It gives you the ability to build yourself all over again,
but stronger than ever.
