The Gift of Fear by Gavin De Becker. It is written by a Personal Safety Expert who teaches the hot to and importance of listening to your instincts. I read it almost every year. Also Leo Buscaglia's book Living Loving and Learning. And Oh, I also listen to an audio book every night. helps me sleep. Jack London's White Fang.
