IS IT COMMON FOR THE HISTRIONIC FEMALE TO BE-BISEXUAL ?

I've been thinking lately about women with personality disorders and the frequence of them being either gay or bi-sexual. Has anyone else found their ex being into girls ?

I'm still on the road to recovery with my ex, a very wonky road which as soon as I think I am over her I wake up one day and I think about her all day long. My ex had a very strong sexual attraction to women, and thinking about it, 3 of the 4 lesbian friends I know and one other ex and a close female friend also are seriously messup up individuals that would easely fit into the personality disorder group.

My other ex used to kiss her female friend on a regular basis, my close friend used to flirt outragiously with women in front of her boyfriend, who clearly didn't seem to mind. Both these girls come from dysfunctional homes, and have had disastererous relationships. My lesbian friends will regularly jump from woman to woman, have short but intense relationships and also get into physical abuse with each other to the point of almost being arrested for attempted murder ... I kid you not ... black eyes where quite common with my lesbian friends so I wonder if anyone else had experienced the same with their exes or women they personally know ?

Would it be fair to say women with personality disorders tend to be bi-sexual or gay ?

From what I´ve noticed, it depends on the reasons behind their self claimed "bisexuality". I would say people with these disorders claim to be bisexual for attention drawing reasons, to be scandalous, to go against rules, etc., yet they´re unable to love a person of their same gender or hold a lasting relationship with them. The way I´ve seen it with the HPD person I know is that she used to kiss women in order to attract the attention of men, and therefore get supply by claiming "attraction towards women" as one of her seduction assets. Still I highly doubt she was really attracted to women or even held them to any sentimental value.

I would say you would have to pair up bisexual acts linked to seduction and hipersexuality to other risky, attention seeking behaviours to have more certainty if the person is HPD. A good parameter is asking girls who claim to be bisexual why they kissed another girl. If she responds, "I was drunk and it´s fun!", "I like to do it in front of my boyfriend" or things like that without any real emotional attachment to the reasons why they did it, that is a good clue that she might be using bisexuality in her sexual arsenal of seduction as an HPD or BPD.

Very true statement. " I would say people with these disorders claim to be bisexual for attention drawing reasons, to be scandalous, to go against rules, etc. "

I do think she does have a quirky interest in women, she admitted to kissing a girl once in a gay bar, but I did suspect it might be a ploy to keep me interested. At the same time she used to be horrified her sister had 3 somes with her then hubby and a female friend. She got upset about it, so maybe it was a way, like most psycho women, to keep me interested in her.

Then again I never knew who I dated as she would contradict herself all the time, come across as the whore down the high street, but also the conservative woman who is horrfied about all of this.

Who knows, who cares ... maybe I do, as it would have been nice to know who i really dated.

Also, don´t forget the blameshifting. I believe that pointing fingers at others and not at themselves for their faulty acts is a very pervasive trait here. So if it´s blaming you for her wrong doings, pointing fingers at others and disapproving what they do, being unable to accept that what they did themselves was wrong and take responsibility for it, all that is also quite common with HPDs.
