It's a very small image but it's an old drawing of Barry back before I even knew I had DID.
think I was 13 or 15 at the time.

To all who posted their work glad to see the Dissociative Art & Poetry corner being used again.We have been very ill for several month and have not done any art work.It made us smile the art work and poetry coming from members of the the forum.We need all the smiles we can get these day.You guys made our morning,Thanks!Please keep posting!

Unable to think.

Thoughts on a hitch.

About to snap.

Always moving,
What was I just thinking?
Thoughts I cannot retain,
Though my movements stay the same.

Desk drum to a beat,
Move around in my seat.
Talk and laugh with my friends,
Distractions never end.

Blink blink,
Twitch twich,
Tap tap.

I need to concentrate,
But I can’t seem to think straight.
I don’t care about it though,
Go away and leave me alone.

No explanation,
For my lack of motivation.
Why can’t I do this?
Why can’t I just focus?

Unable to think,
Thoughts on a hitch,
About to snap.

I don’t know and I don’t care,
My desire to went somewhere.
Yet no one seems to see,
That something’s wrong with me.

I’m too unfocused,
To even finish this.
