How's the horrendous ongoing sound research, redhawk? You've probably figured out rotary vertigo is the feeling of spinning around, very uncomfortable, I've gotten it after going on rides and it sticks around so I don't do rides anymore, dang it. I really don't want to deal with mine and it sounds not as loud as yours. Like too much else, my tendency is just to avoid, pretend it doesn't exist. Too much to deal with right now. It doesn't sound like you have that luxury at all. Have you gone to a specialist about this specifically? Sound like you have. I didn't read anything 100% confirming it is connected to MKULTRA but nothing that confirms it's not either. Anything is till possible I suppose.

Hey there. I actually do know the sound you speak of. Mine isn't present all the time but it will come and go sporadically. As long as I can remember I have been hearing that sound. I guess I hadn't realized that it could be when I switch. I'm pretty new to this so I don't know everything about my system yet. Just thought I would tell you that you aren't alone on this. I get it.

my suggestion may sound patronizing. I assure you its not, but if you are easily offended you might not want to read this.

If you want to rule out any kind of electronic weaponry, i'm not kidding, make a tin foil hat.
just wrap it around your skull and ears.
if there are signals of any kind causing this effect on you, you will notice a large difference in volume once you put the tin foil on your head. If there's no difference in volume its not an electronic weapon.
You might also try putting a stainless steel cooking pot over your head. a big one, and hold it by the handles so your not touching the metal.

I promise I'm not making fun of you, i'm trying to help you reduce possible causes of the problem.
I work with electronics quite a bit so I know a thing or two about stray signals.

Personally, I hear a train whistle. almost all the time. no matter where I go. sometimes its louder, sometimes not. I think mine is from a past traumatic event. oh, i just got a flash of memory about it. ugh, i hate that. Best of luck.

youtube:
Message to Americans – A Critical Appraisal

Mind Control, youtube:
Robert Naeslund Mind Control Victim

and google,

“The Silent Massacre, Part 1
Law Enforcement Complicity in Electronic Torture & Mind Control in America”

The Silent Massacre is a 6 part essay. In part 5 Nicholas Kirkland includes writings from a victim, David James Fratus, a prisoner in the Utah State Prison in Draper, Utah, who wrote of his experiences with ESMC in that facility in a 1988 letter. It is absolutely horrifying.

These links, however, do not address the complicity of psychiatrist, researchers and others with for profit motivations e.g. intellectual property theft, etc.

Personally, I think they are a bunch of body snatchers.
