I don't really know. The direction my head is turned seems to correlate with the "switch" though. The couple of times I think I might have "switched" in T(cuz it seems like there is a blank spot right after), I remember I was looking towards the left. However, in these memories, I
see myself looking towards the left. I don't know what it looked like from that viewpoint, if you know what I mean. It's weird. And lol i know this might sound delusional but I seem to be able to connect emotionally more to people or objects that are on my left hand side, as opposed to the right.

Our postures and expressions are pretty different, too. Like, for example, I can't sit up straight for the life of me, yet Lilith has great posture. And Amon looks extrememly angry while Sammy is very relaxed and open.
Same with us - especially with the jerking. I haven't figured out who causes that, but it's similar to a hypnic jerk. One alter slumps/melts into the body when fronting; others shrink, or enter with a feeling of rage. Dissociation for us presents as a glazed over, non-responsive processing. We've also been told that we look mean when persecutors front. I'm not sure what I look like because I am most comfortable fronting before I leave the house, and tend to stay out until I fall asleep.

I don't know, actually...no one's ever told us. I do know though that when I slip into a dissociated state from stress, I have a really scary blank expression on. I've never seen it though. Sometimes people notice the switch and sometimes they don't. I guess it just depends if they're watching us when we switch.
