I don't know how to be nice to her. I have too much anger inside. She is so hateful towards me. What am I supposed to do? She won't lock me up...I have too much control over her.

You need to stop saying things like that, it just reeinforces your 'evil' status. You're angry because no one will aknowlegde your feelings and accept you. I'M listening to you and I want to help you. The both of you need to understand that you're fueling eachothers bad behaviours. Be the first one to break the cycle if you're so much stronger than her. Be the bigger person here and make the effort. If you really want to vent your anger you can PM me but don't dump it on her, it's not helping either of you.

I'll tell you what I told her. Read her thread then talk to her. She's on the verge of putting you away and contrary to your beliefs, yes, she can do it.

Sometimes host and alters talk on here, usually when they need a referee when there's conflict but I can't speak for everyone here when I say I speak to my alters in my head. If we can't talk in my head I have a journal where we write to eachother. You might want to consider getting a journal where you can write to eachother if you're having trouble talking and you can post here to us whenever you need some help
