-- So what then is this I?
Right now, as you read this, does it amount to anything more than a collection of thoughts and memories which are just transitory, and come and go in the mind like clouds in the sky? --

Thanks Harri. I remember talking to you here before but I cannot remember what particularly it was relating too. I'm interested to know which films you watched with your friend. You wanna tell?

If it is difficult to deal with the sad thoughts and emotions, it is good to do things you enjoy. In my opinion, it gets you to focus on the positive.*hugs back*

Hi Harri! I'll give you a hug too, even though I don't know you! :D I agree with radames. Doing things you love to do always helps shake the sad feelings. Take care, hun!

Aw Harri, it's okay. (((Harri)))

I hope everything is better.

I know what you're feeling.

**HUG**

I'm sorry people were mean to you. Sometimes it's hard for people to understand. Sometimes they are reacting to other parts of us, and don't realize that we've switched and that they're screaming at the scared 5 year old and not the mean teenager that instigated the screaming.

It's hard to deal with, sometimes, trying to explain to the people inside that they're all the same person and that people are simply being human and reacting to things and don't know who it is that they're yelling at.. or they're so riled up that they couldn't care less that the "person" that they're attacking has never done anything to them.

It's sad how DID re-victimizes us all at times, because of how we're triggered and how different people come out and then disappear to leave others to deal with the consequences of actions that aren't their own. And then the person that is left to deal with things ends up with even more skewed version of reality and feeds that information back to the troublemaker that caused all the grief in the first place, which the troublemaker then uses to rationalize more trouble. GAH. I hate that cycle.

And then sometimes there's just jerks that are mean to other humans without a cause. I hate them. They're sick damaged people.

Trixy

your post really made sense to me, something ive wondered about is how sometimes my actions are those of all of me. Then part of me leaps in saves the day or like more recently feels angry and resentful and hurt.

anyhow just wanted to say thank you , it has helped me a little to understand more.
