Polyfractal DID

I want to introduce my systems. I am the core (original birth identity) Jessica and I have 3 hosts behind me, each host carries alters and polyfragments. Alice's system belongs to negligence trauma and ritual abuse group, Poppy's system belongs to sexual abuse group and Engel's system belongs to bullying group. We have experienced abuse since birth and had been through the abuse on a daily basis. There are thousands of us being fragmented, that is why my username is called polyfractal. I am new here by the way.

I am going to face my psychologist next month and need to introduce our alters to her. I am not sure whether she is experienced in treating dissociation, I have only seen her for 2 times. We have been changing therapists, because we have been molested/ sexually abused by 2 therapists in the past and 1 psychiatrist, especially when the littles are fronting. They can see the change and the switching, so they took the chance to molest us. I am still angry about what trusted professionals have done to us, because we are already traumatized deeply.
