Someone else was talking about how they can't acess there inner world, and that got me wondering for another reason:
We use to not beable to access the inner world. Then someone on another board a long time ago said that it was because of us being fearful that we didn't want to show it to the host.
Then when it did appear, it was like space and had steroids in it and rooms...
Then that disapeared suddently and never came back... Then the inner world for a long time was of our old house where we grew up...
now it's gone again...
is it just stress?

It can be many things.
It can be stress.
It can be that you do not need an Innerworld per se in order to function properly, or only need one from time to time.
In here the Innerworld has a few different aspects/areas, and shifts often according to our needs of the moment. Sometimes it is a mere room with minimal furnishing because we do not need any at the moment. Sometimes it is a whole country of natural landscapes. Sometimes it is a manor with many rooms. Sometimes it is a huge tree with many houses between its branches. Sometimes it is something completely different. It really depends on our need of the moment.
I tend to have the opinion of "trust your system". You will access an Innerworld when you need to. You will switch, merge, fuse... when you are ready for it. As long as you provide yourself the proper, stable, nurturing environment, everything will slowly fall into place.
