Does anyone here have an alter called Jealousy?

I found "jealousy" inside myself.

From small terrified of jealousy because my mother was incredibly jealous so I suppressed the emotion.

I was thinking about how I don't like people with the name Karen. Then I realised I don't like people with the name Mandy either. I've always hated the name Lisa much worse than any other name and I briefly wondered if that was infact an alter I was unaware of or suppressing. As I wondered about Lisa green mist started to come from the void and I thought "please don't make a new alter" but the answer came "it's Lisa" So being as the smoke was green and green is associated with jealousy I'm guessing I kept all my jealousy in Lisa - my most feared emotion and most hated name. It just happened so it's a guess, I've not spoken to her or got a feeling from her but it's a reasonable guess.

I'm sorry that this came out the way it did. I have felt that "please don't make a new alter" moment before.
If Lisa is real though then it's better to get to know her.

I admit I have felt this several times, and then other times it has just happened, no warning, nothing. Just go with the flow, so to speak and I hope things improve for you.
