How to deal with reoccurring triggers?

Postby WeAreOne420 » Wed Aug 15, 2018 1:24 pm

I surf the net a lot and it seems like the same traumas that trigger me
..I run into them and abnormal amount.

Am I the only one that's easily triggered or always somehow ends up around their triggers?
I'm not looking for them but I always run into them.

I'm so wound up right now I can't even mourn the death of my grandmother because I'm dealing with talking us down from our trigger.

We are easily triggered and we avoid everything social media, the news, adverts, people in general the list goes on. I think the avoiding is counterproductive in the long run because the more we avoid the less able we are able to deal when we are triggered.

Yeah I keep running into them and I keep on being angry at myself becausw of it wcsn though I ahouldnt. I guess I get angry that I "put" myself in positions. I don't understand how to look at the situation
I'm super anxious.

I avoid a lot of triggers too sometimes. I get why you do that.
