Then to improve your collaboration, I can tell you to try some weekly graph to track your collaboration perf... I use it in my Bullet journal and it's just amazing... Every alters knows they are evaluated about their coop ability, they are totally aware... And feedback debrief before to sleep (without Regis.... But all ghosts are there!)... In mental space we have a meeting-room. Yes, we manage our system as a corporation with horizontal hierarchy LOL but it looks working, so we'll continue
