eye changes when switching

Today in therapy, my therapist told me that when I am in my Adult Self, my eyes are brighter and look more alive. When I am a different Part, they aren't like that.

Has anyone else's therapist told them this?

Not therpaist but my friends have and I noticed it myself (granted sometimes it is due to marajuana/alcohol but other times I am sober and they still change)

yes. there is actually a slight change in eye color with one of us too.

my eyes reliably change with alteration. maybe I just have hella hazel eyes. idk.

I can have big doe like blue eyes. (young)
cold grey eyes. (protect/defend)
vivid aqua. (upset)
sometimes a hazel like green. (idk)
most of the time my eyes are a blue-grey with a tiny bit of green around the pupil. all these color changes have other aspects that are harder to define. like sparkling and vivacious. hard and cold. and lots in between.

I know this isn't just stranger in the mirror $#%^ either, because everyone close to me notices it. ie. "holy $#%^ your eyes!" or "do you know your eyes change color?" or "are you wearing contacts?"

I also remember this with my mother. a few parts were easily and immediately recognized by the change in the eyes.

Yeah, friends and family have told me before my eyes change and become "the eyes of a mischievous little boy"

My eyes change, when I switch I get dark circles around my eyes and get a ‘killer stare’ as my girlfriend calls it.

Nobody else has pointed it out at all. However, I can see who was up and running when it comes to pictures because my eyes and facial expressions do change.
