Hi, this is Maddie. I can try to be your friend if you want. Is there anything that feels safe? Sometimes I feel safe when I hug myself, if you maybe want to try that. Are you at a place you've never been at before? Sometimes when we go to a place we've never been to before everything is weird and I don't really know what to do so I just try to make a place for me inside that I can hide and just hide out for a little while until I see more what is going on. I don't know if this is helping but I just wanted to try anyway.

Hi everybody. Most of the kids who write in this thread are probably between 8 and 12. But it is up to each person if you feel comfortable here.

We are doing okay mostly. Except when we aren't. Our bigger people can be really depressing. I like to think positive, but it can be hard sometimes with all of their stuff going on.
