Sometimes the most constructive support comes from unseen alters.

Ever since I learned the existence of them, and started talking to them, they really have been nothing but helpful. I do have one alter who cut my wrist once, but she has since apologized and said she will try to not do that. Also, another alter likes to steal things, and he has been very good about not taking things that aren't his lately. So I am very happy that they are working hard to protect ourselves.

I don't mean to be wierd or anything but when I read that it sounded like a soothing lullaby tale Johnny-Jack -??
I was thinking the same thing, actually.
Very interesting Johnny-Jack. Congratulations on finding Edward and welcome to him

It sounds like a new alter, yes, carneybaby88. I hope you have figures more out and feel more comfortable
