Yeah... It's pretty hard to watch now that I've "come to awareness" or something. I want to keep watching but I think I'll take a break... it's been a rough couple of days.
I hope things are going better for you (all)? Not to pry or anything...

You're right. I'll try to take a break. Whenever something comes up in my life I focus so intensely on it until the problem's solved or something, but I'm slowly coming to realize that I can't do that with this particular facet of my life/head.

She's a slippery one (the voice.) Her voice echoes throughout our inner home's hallways. I have been searching... I think I may know where she might be floating about, though. Thank you for your kind wishes.

No, not at all, you're not prying! Um, things have gotten somewhat better, I think. I'm not sure to be honest. It's been slight chaos here for the past couple days. After everything dies down, then I'll get to fully see if anything's better, the same, or worse. :? But no matter what, I know that eventually, if I'm not ok now, I will be ok. :)

I can completely relate with that, G. That's why I got so addicted to this forum and watching The United States of Tara all day, every day, until I finished the show, and stuff. But I've learned that you can't just expect everything to be solved quickly, or figured out quickly, and you can't always focus on DID stuff or have your life revolved around it (even when it feels like it does anyway).

You're welcome, Eric. I hope you're able to find/help her soon. She's free to post here whenever she wants/is able to as well.

I'm glad things have quieted down a bit. I hope everything gets all the way better (or, as much as that can be) sooner than later

Right, yeah... Since the uh... Less then okay day yesterday, I'm going to take it easy. I don't know if I'll be able to stay off the forums but I'll try not to be so obsessive about it.
-G

Of course. Thank you again. Should I feel her presence again before I locate her, I shall be especially sure to direct her to this outlet.

Eh, staying off the forums really isn't a big deal, at least not for me, as long as you're not doing anything serious on the forums, like trying to work something out or posting replies to things that might trigger you, you know? On my "take it easy" days I usually stick to the Littles' thread, or the Teen Thread, or now the Animal alter thread, something to where I can still post and stuff but there's no obligations to really think about things or try to figure things out, and then just make sure to take time away from all DID-related stuff in general, like let yourself get lost in a favorite movie, or go for a walk, or listen to upbeat music, or something like that.

Everyone needs a little "me" time and a break from all this stuff.

(And you're welcome again, Eric. :) ).

Yeah, that's true. It's hard to distract myself sometimes but there are plenty of ways to try.

Well, I've been drawn to this forum, but I've also been drawn to music that somehow let me think of DID/DDNOS (long explanation here: Songs that remind us of DID). I've sometimes listened to it for that reason (for example, "the army inside", which is sometimes how it appears to feel inside :? not really, but just the feeling).

When I discover something I don't understand, I read lots about it. This was also the case with DID.
Dx: PDD-NOS. Tested for dissociative disorders and PTSD but they say the symptoms are attributable to PDD-NOS.

I am sorry, Emily, I hope Eric can translate, because I don't speak anything other than English and a very little bit of Japanese. I am sorry you're scared and sad, would you like to say why? It's ok if you don't. I am glad that you are at least aware of being in Eric's room and that Eric is with you. Is there a language you prefer to speak that you are able to speak fluently? Or can perhaps Eric help you look up the French words/translations for things you wish to say?

Try to calm down, and take some deep breaths. This place is safe to talk of anything here, and I imagine Eric's room is a safe place as well. You're ok.

Je peut comprondre anglaise. Eric m'ecoutez et il est bon a me comprendez....ca fait mal ca fait mal ca fait mal

"I can understand English. Eric listens to me and he is good at understanding me.... It hurts it hurts... (et cetera)"
She wishes to say more... At a later date. I think it may be easiest if I simply typed for her until (if ever) she becomes fluent in her "native" tongue or learns English

Well then thank you Eric for translating and typing and everything. :)

If you're comfortable with saying, what hurts? Do you know why you hurt? I'm sorry you're hurt, and I hope you're able to feel better soon.
