What Can Find Good About Today ?

Today's good thing is that I have found a temporary way to remove myself from the pain of heartbreak. I will hopefully sort through this logically before putting the emotional aspect back into the fray. Best of luck to everyone else.

Me and Mommy were talking about how I can't grow up and stuff, and how Rosie wanted to be a big girl and do big girl stuff, and that Rosie wanted a birthday and hear the birthday song. So now Rosie has a date where Rosie will have a birthday, Rosie new Birthday is January 12th. But Rosie don't wanna wait that long to have it, I am going to have a late birthday party this Friday, and I wanna invite you all If you wanna spend it with me too.

Even though I was late to work.
I got some extra sleep in because I know alters have been sitting up when I try to sleep.despite the rules.Charlie got to see his Del so he is still very happy about that.

Rosie has first birthday today and Rosie feels almost older and she so happy and we gonna eat pizza and stuff today and I drew a picture today and slept next to big brother on skype for my nap too because he was super tired he stayed up all night to talk to me and say happy birthday to me, because we live on the other side of the world and day time is night time there, and night time is day time here and stuff, so he took a nap with me. So Rosie also got a dolly from monster high as a gift that Angel made cameron get me and me and dolly have lots of fun and its super fun.

I am so glad to hear about Rosie's birthday, and am so happy that it went well and was enjoyed. Thank you for sharing such wonderful news with us.

I guess one good thing would be that I've noticed and learned about things that are triggering to at least one alter (don't know exactly who yet), and now that I'm aware of such things, we can begin to address them as triggers and work on them and such.

Late Yesterday Night, I was granted permission to chase after my dream in a state far off and for the next six months, I can finally learn the art of tattooing from a great friend of mine, he is giving me free room and board in his RV on a beach for the next six months as he trains me to tattoo.

What's good about today is that we as a system were able to come to some helpful realizations and figure out a bit more about ourselves, and Dallas was posting today for the first time in a while in the "Slam poetry for alters" thread.
