Okay, one of our dissociated alters took what Cullen said as a challenge, so he says:

Hm ... I think that sums up DID/DDNOS quite perfectly. (Yes, this alter lacks a sense of humor.)

Yeah, we had a few multiple moments today.

... when you drive to an appointment reapting, "I, me, my, mine."

... when you pause during your appointment and wonder if you used first person plural at any point.

... you leave an appointment and feel awesome becaue you may say "we" again.

... when every time you look at the mirror, the body looks different : like a male, like a female, like someone younger, like someone older, but you never change anything. And when you finally see yourself, it feels weird.

-When your friends have "let your child dress you up" days, and you want to join in but are childless, so you secretly have "let your child alter dress you up" days and enjoy it immensely.

-A notch down from that: you secretly have a layer of ridiculously cute pink clothes under other clothes, just so your little girl alters feel safer. (a good thing it's cold and layers are ok)

The other day, I let one of my zanier littles change the clothes on one of my MMOG characters. Later, my niece logged on to the game and expressed her surprise at my character's new look. That was embarrassing.
