I was thinking, if the AsPD forum gets a warning above their forum, what would our forum warning be for BPD?
I need some meaning I can memorize,
The kind I have always seems to slip my mind

"Any perceived criticism can trigger an individual and cause a suicide attempt". Sorry if I'm cynical, but I could see that being one of the warnings.

AJ, the problem is that, depending on the mood, anything is potentially a trigger to us. It's hard for normals to get a read on each other in person. It's even harder for them to read each other online. Now think about how hard it is for them to read us in person...now put that online! If they put a warning up, it'd have to be "non's are only allowed to say 'yes I am here for you', and nothing else. They must post this 8-10x daily, regardless of what the topic of conversation is."
Somehow I don't see the admins going for that! I think the more appropriate warning would be somewhere along the lines of "Good luck. You'll need it."

I like that! Thats very true!
Though I'm thinking they should bring out a book for us though 'Borderline PD: How to lose friends and alienate people'.
