Firstly "you have already started" Seeking counselling and getting an appointment,
so well done for that step.
Try not to self diagnose its really not good. yes online test can be useful to get the motivation to seek help but don't "label" you both. wait and see what therapist says
I know its hard (been there myself)
But just take care of your self for now, your going to feel a lot of emotions right now and its not fun, but your not alone ..
