Postby jkimbo » Sun Aug 18, 2013 10:47 pm

Seeing that are moods and feelings can change rapidly, the regulatory how do you feel today thread really wouldn't cut it for borderlines. So I decided we have our very own How Do You Feel This Moment thread, feel free to post as often as your mood changes.

Is this a part of DBT? I'm just learning what it's all about.

I am feeling content, and looking forward to going swimming with a friend soon.
