Hey, welcome to the community. Hope you find your place here.

I think we all feel like this time to time, it's completely normal and inevitable. That said, it's never good to blame yourself, mental disorders are real illnesses like any other and people tend to forget that. Perhaps making a more in depth post will help? I'm sure many people here will be able to relate and perhaps provide some insight and advice if that's something that may be beneficial.

It's nice to meet you, happy posting! :-)

I've been to dark places of loneliness and I've certainly blamed myself for my issues and my pain.

We don't know each other but I'm sending lots of warm, happy feelings your way. It does get better, I promise.

When I think of the phrase "Rock bottom", I always think of the J.K. Rowling quote "I was set free, because my greatest fear had already been realized, and I was still alive......and so rock bottom became the solid foundation on which I rebuilt my life".

It's cheesy, but the only place you have to go is up.
"You think your pain and your heartbreak are unprecedented in the world, but then you read. It was books that taught me that the things that tormented me most were the very things that connected me with all the people who were alive, or who had ever been alive" - James Baldwin
